Waterbury, VT has transformed itself as the beer capital of Vermont. One example: this building on Elm Street was empty following the 2011 flood and an auto parts store prior. Now it’s flourishing across the street from many beer-serving restaurants. Local business, local brews! #presinpink

An example of bad infill, totally throwing off the streetscape and building block rhythm – on an otherwise intact downtown street. Concord, NH. #presinpink
