Most people know a “creeme” (spelling varies) as soft serve ice cream; but in Vermont “creemes” are the summer treats of choice. The Village Creeme Stand (operating 30+ years) in Bristol always means summer. Soft serve only! If you prefer hard ice cream, there are still many ice cream stands and windows in Vermont, don’t worry.
