Nice shot! First time I have seen the weathervane –with what I think is a cross attached.
They have been doing a major preservation job where there had been a sagging roof and a dropping ceiling, etc. Built in 1791 as a single story meeting house “used for town meetings, and court proceedings” as well as for church purposes, this is said to be one of the earliest meeting houses in VT still in continuous use.
