from what I can see, the front door does not look right with the house. I could not get a good look at the siding they used. Maybe it is the very dark color also. I seems like it should have had some ornamentation that was stripped away. Just my opinion, I am not an expert by any means.
Totally valid opinions! Door colors that “pop” are very trendy right now. With all of the blogs I read, I’m used to seeing them, but they are shocking to see at first. There is definitely some detail missing. And to answer your question about siding, I think it’s parged and painted.
Oh, though I should mention that I think it is a good alternative to the many, many teardowns that Princeton is facing.
