This reminds me of my house growing up. We had lathe and plaster and the plaster was mixed with horsehair! I remember spending HOURS stripping wallpaper from the walls. We couldn’t use scrapers because it would destroy the plaster. We had to soak the walls with a wet sponge and then bit by bit peel the paper off. I actually enjoyed it at the time and was proud to help my parents out 🙂 thanks for bringing back that memory!
