Tell us more. The entrance appears to be on the Right, uphill side, and the foundation seems to have the purpose of leveling the site. The small windows make us think horse barn perhaps. Door on the left suggests possibly another connecting barn? Lightening rods on roof and the young trees indicates active interest and care for the barn.
I wish I knew. This little structure is sitting out on a quiet road in Essex/Westford off Route 128. It looks like a small horse barn, still associated with the farm house across the street. I snapped the photo while I was out looking for another site.

A lovely Vermont barn that makes me think of the Ingalls and Wilder ancestors who farmed in New England. With thanks to my favorite Preservation blogger, Kaitlin O’Shea, at Preservation in Pink.

Any ideas to share?
