
A neglected, historic house on US Route 7 in Charlotte, VT. This house was previously listed for sale and then the brush cleared away, so perhaps it's on the mend. I love the bargboard. And, I love the black walnut tree in front of the house. This house is listed in the Vermont Historic Sites and Structures Survey.

Yes, Riverside, CA. I live & work here 🙂 currently I’m working on a Cultural Resources Survey & in the area I’m working on, Eastside, stucco has happened to a lot of old cute wood sided houses. There’s a lot of little neighborhoods it happens to in Southern California…
